Jerky Shop has been family-owned by Jeff and Brandi Nelson since November 2019. As longtime jerky lovers who spent years making it at home, they took the leap to turn that passion into a shop focused on fresh, handcrafted small-batch jerky.

We put a lot of pride into every batch we make. Over the years, we’ve fine-tuned our recipes to bring you fresh, handcrafted jerky with bold flavor and real small-batch care. Every batch is brined, seasoned, and handled by our team with the kind of attention you can taste.
